Eyebrow Primer MUSC&VANILLA is used to prepare for a tinting procedure. The product helps to achieve a more vibrant and long-lasting effect. Due to allantoin included, it gently degreases skin and hairs without drying them out and ensures an even tinting result.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
1. Apply the primer onto a cotton pad, wipe the eyebrow area.
2. Let it dry and proceed to tinting
