Shipping & Delivery

In-Store Pickup
Avoid shipping fees by choosing free local pickup from our warehouse in Maryville, NSW. Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and your order will be ready within 2 hours. We’ll notify you by email with pickup instructions once your order is prepared.
Pickup hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, and Friday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm. Please bring your order confirmation email when you arrive.

Local / Short Haul Delivery
A flat rate of $9.95 applies to all orders under $385. Orders placed before 3:00 pm are dispatched the same day; orders after 3:00 pm are dispatched the next business day.
Free delivery is available for orders over $385.

Country NSW Delivery
A flat rate of $19.95 applies to orders under $550. Orders placed before 2:00 pm are dispatched the same day; orders placed after 2:00 pm are dispatched the next business day.
Free delivery applies to orders over $550.

Other Locations
Shipping costs are calculated and quoted at checkout for all other regions.
