Shipping & Delivery

In-Store Pickup
Avoid shipping fees by choosing free local pickup from our warehouse in Maryville, NSW. Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and your order will be ready within 2 hours. We’ll notify you by email with pickup instructions once your order is prepared.
Pickup hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, and Friday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm. Please bring your order confirmation email when you arrive.

Local / Short Haul Delivery
A rate between $12.95 - $14.95 applies to all orders under $385. Orders placed before 1:00 pm are dispatched the same day; orders after 1:00 pm are dispatched the next business day.
Free delivery is available for orders over $385.

Country NSW Delivery
A flat rate of $22.00 applies to orders under $550. Orders placed before 1:00 pm are dispatched the same day; orders placed after 1:00 pm are dispatched the next business day.
Free delivery applies to orders over $550.

Rural & Remote Areas

Some locations classified by our carriers as rural, remote or outside standard courier delivery zones may attract a higher freight charge. In some cases, free freight thresholds may not apply. Shipping costs for these locations will be calculated at checkout.

Other Locations
Shipping costs are calculated and quoted at checkout for all other regions.

Please note, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, Locked Bags, or Parcel Lockers. Delivery areas and freight-free eligibility are determined by our freight carriers and may vary based on your postcode and delivery address.
