IBD Just Gel Mattify Top Coat 15ml

Creates a matte velvety finish. 

Apply a thin coat after fully curing your color application. Cure for 2 minutes UV or 30 seconds LED and cleanse with Gel cleanser. Use a new wipe for each hand.

CURE TIME: 30 seconds LED, 2 minutes UV.
